ERIC LAPP, Founder Eric believes if you address the brain's bio chemistry needs first, the rest will come. He has dedicated his life to assisting people with the process of recovery from substance abuse without the use of pharmaceutical drugs by addressing the bio chemistry needs naturally. He is an entrepreneur working to help people to recover from alcohol and drug abuse through new technology and product development. Being in recovery himself, he is able to use his past experience, spirituality and strong energy to connect with others in a way that people understand. |

CATHIE DAVIS, Program Coordinator Cathie provides client and program support, oversees the daily functioning of the house and is a primary element in our day to day process. For over 30 years, Cathie has worked with numerous community organizations such as the Veterans Administration, Social Services, law enforcement, hospitals, schools, and private organizations/facilities. She has coordinated community response teams and crisis groups. |

ANANDA WICK, Master's of Social Work Ananda is a clinical social worker with over 10 years of personal and professional experience with substance abuse recovery and emotional/mental health treatment. Her background and training is rooted in a variety of holistic models of therapy, including energy healing, mind-body connection, evidence-based therapy (CBT/ DBT), 12 Step work and existential counseling. She approaches all clients from a compassionate and loving perspective and is committed to providing the tools and resources necessary to facilitate personal growth and success. |

SARAH GLENNAN, House Staff Member Sarah works as a house supervisor with a primary focus on therapeutic goals to meet the individual needs of our clients. Sarah facilitates individualized and group therapeutic recreational and education, group therapy and aftercare planning. Sarah has had extensive experience working in assessment diagnosis, treatment and prevention. She has been educated in the Cornell University’s Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and Medication Certification courses, qualified in CPI crisis intervention techniques, as well as taught in clinical observation, data collection and practice techniques. Furthermore, Sarah continuously attends various conferences and symposiums offering support and education on the spectrum of addiction and co-occurring/related mental and emotional disorders. It is easy to see why Sarah is a key staff member here at The Raleigh House of Hope. |

MARK YEAGER, IT Development, Marketing and House Staff Member Mark graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Drug and Alcohol Dependency and Addiction. For many years, he worked with Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Drug and Alcohol Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists, as well as Social Workers from various fields of focus. He has also volunteered for over seven years at the Rape Assistance and Awareness Program (RAAP) in Denver, Colorado as a Rape Crisis Hotline Advocate assisting women of all ages and walks of life through extremely traumatic experiences. Mark fully values the work of 12-Step therapy approaches as well as other modalities of treatment. With a Minor in Multimedia and Web Design it’s no surprise Mark is also our Webmaster. |

STEPHANIE POLLOCK, Certified Yoga Instructor/Health Coach Stephanie believes our relationship with food is a great indicator of the patterns we play out in our relationship with ourselves and others. Her mission is to encourage others to be an ACTIVE participant in their own healing, easing digestion woes and cravings and finding nourishment that will work for only the individual. Stephanie received her training to practice Health Coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Stephanie stresses bio-individuality and will work with each person to foster intuitive eating. She is a certified yoga instructor and is currently studying to obtain her Masters degree in Somatic Counseling Psychology. |

NINA A. DANHORN, Counselor/Psychotherapist Nina A. Danhorn is a Nationally Certified Counselor and a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master's Degrees in Counseling and Education. As an existential counselor, she specializes in life transitions, trauma, grief and loss, addictions, personal growth, body image and self-esteem issues. Nina believes that every person has the resources inside of them to provide themselves with healing, restoration and self-actualization. She strives to assist people in experiencing their lives through understanding their resources better and discovering the effective tools in order to navigate their primary issues. |

PORTIA V. CIROME, Mental Health/Addictions Counselor Portia V. Cirome, LPC, CACIII is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Addictions Counselor for the state of Colorado. She is also a Nationally Certified Mental Health Counselor (NCC). Her clinical focus includes working together with the client to find a balance of mental, spiritual and biochemical/physical tools to help address addiction and successful long term recovery. She is passionate about the use of nutrition therapy and neutraceuticals to address the biochemical imbalances that accompany addiction. Additionally, as a solution focused, strength based therapist, Portia believes in the importance of using the client’s positive attributes and strengths to help facilitate change. |
